As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Full Refunds Will NOT be provided if 10 days has gone by since you've received your item.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

That’s why we offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure you are not only satisfied with your purchase, but that the product you’ve chosen lives up to our standards.
If you are unsatisfied with any product(s) you purchased from Royalty Wheels and wish to return them, please adhere to the following information to make returning your item(s) as easy as possible:
Royalty Wheels return policy is valid for 10 days from the date of purchase.
- Customers may return products that arrive damaged or are in unopened boxes.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- Eligible returns must be unused and in the same condition in which received.
- Eligible items must be in original packaging with all accessories.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Royalty Wheels reserves all rights to attempt to fix damaged on arrival items in house, or through the assistance of the original supplier prior to arranging for a return.
Additional Policy Notes:
Royalty Wheels reserves the right inspect damaged returns.
Royalty Wheels reserves the right to assess a 20% restocking fee.
- Restocking fees may be deducted from your refund.
Royalty Wheels is not liable for any items not returned in original condition or returned past 14 after date of purchase.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs on “undamaged” items. Costs will be deducted from customer’s refund.
- Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-10 full business days. Delivery will occur Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- We're sorry, at this time we do not support shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or International Shipments, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Territories.
- We are unable to fulfill orders placed to P.O. Boxes or APO / FPO addresses.
- Most Royalty Wheels products come with original manufacturer 90 day warranties, with some exception. Product warranties are listed under specifications in the Product Description page.
